When Bahria Town originally launched these villas, they were marketed as 200 Sq Yard. However, upon actual delivery, Bahria Town added extra land to both Precinct 27 and Precinct 31 villas — meaning these are now officially 235 Sq Yard properties.

It is simply a larger side lane (gali) and a bigger washing/utility area at the back. Do not pay extra expecting bigger rooms — the difference is purely outdoor utility space.
